The Tape, The Boots and The Beer – Game Day.
I was on the road today, down to the South Otago town of Kaitangata to see the Coal Miners take on the boys from the Big River town in the local rivalry between Crescent and Clutha. There’s a lot of history between these two teams, being a replay of last years final and having the Centennial Cup plus the Speight’s Jug on the line, the match was always going to be a typical Country-Grassroots battle!
