Dunedin have won their first Women’s Premier Banner by defeating Big River this afternoon in Clydevale by 22 to 12. Around the preimer grounds in Dunedin this afternoon Kaikorai defeated Southern 33 to 13 to win the Frank Cadman Memorial Trophy at Bathgate Park. At Miller Park Dunedin were 53 to 7 victors over Green Island to claim the Les Griffen/Terry Murphy Memorial Trophy while Harbour won the Ricoh Ross Goodman Memorial win a 45 to 12 win over Alhambra Union at the North Ground. At Peter Johnson Park Taieri continued their unbeaten this season by defeating Zingari Richmond 18 to 9.
