This is another photo I came across while on the hunt for a set of images. I remember this game well, it was a fantastic game of rugby which University won 29-28. Taieri were up at halftime and had played some great rugby in the first half. University came back into the match in the second half and scored two or three tries to bring the scores close nearing full time. Still trailing, Varsity made their way up field some 60 or 70 metres, gaining a penalty right out in front of the posts on the stroke of full time, securing the victory 29 – 28.
